Samuel Adams Student File

Student file of Samuel Adams, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on January 4, 1913 and departed on May 5, 1914. The file contains an application for enrollment, a student information card, a medical/physical record, an outing evaluation, an outing record, financial transactions, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Adams was living in Oneida, Wisconsin in 1915.

In school documentation Samuel Adams' name is also spelled Samul Adams (this is likely a typo). He is also known as Sam Adams.

Note: Students Lavinia Adams and Samuel Adams are sister and brother.
