Student file of Meredith Crooks, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on January 20, 1916 and departed on July 7, 1916. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, an outing record, a federal financial aid form, a medical/physical record, financial transactions, and correspondence from Crooks after leaving indicating he was serving in the U.S. Army during World War I as a member of Battery K, 52 Artillery in the American Expeditionary Force.
