Louis Cook Student File

Student file of Louis Cook, a member of the Mohawk Nation, who entered the school on October 30, 1906 and departed on April 21, 1911. The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, an outing evaluation, a trade/position card, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, an application for enrollment, a former student response postcard, and a report after leaving indicating that Cook was a farmer in Bombay, New York in 1910.

In school documentation Louis Cook is also known as So-he-ri-se.
