Joseph Loudbear Student File

Student file of Joseph Loudbear, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on October 20, 1902 and ultimately departed on August 3, 1912. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file includes student information cards, medical/physical records, an application for enrollment, trade/position record cards, a report after leaving, a progress/conduct card, and an outing record. The file indicates Loudbear was working in stock raising in Bull Head, South Dakota in 1910.

In school documentation Joseph Loudbear's name is also spelled Joseph Loud Bear, Joe Loud Bear, and J. L. Bear.
