Henry Chapman Student File

Student file of Henry Chapman, a member of the Pawnee Nation, who entered the school on September 11, 1907 and departed on May 30, 1909. The file contains a medical/physical record, a student information card, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, a report after leaving, a progress/conduct card, and correspondence. The file indicates that Chapman attended the Chilocco Indian Agricultural School and the Phoenix Indian School after leaving Carlisle and that he was working as a farmer in Pawnee, Oklahoma in 1911 and 1912 and was living in Pawnee, Oklahoma in 1917.
