Fred Williams Student File

Student file of Fred (here Forest) Williams, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on October 26, 1912. No departure date is given. The file contains a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, a former student response postcard, a financial transaction, a correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Williams was a rancher in Isabel, South Dakota in 1914.

In school documentation Fred Williams is also known as Fred Foster Williams, Forest Williams, and Deforest Williams.

Note: Although this file shows an arrival date of October 26, his two information cards and progress card suggest that he actually arrived on October 29.
