Frank Scott Student File

Student file of Frank Scott, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on September 16, 1892, and ultimately departed on December 4, 1905. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, correspondence in which Scott argued against the exclusion of "New York Indians from Carlisle Schools and other schools supported by the United States Government," and a report after leaving. The file indicates Scott was working as a trolley motorman in Buffalo, New York in 1910 and was living in Buffalo, New York in 1911.
