The file contains an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, outing records, a returned student survey, a report after leaving, a student information card, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, financial transactions, and correspondence. The file indicates Coleman stayed in Carlisle after graduation and worked as a telegraph operator until 1912. In 1916 he was working for the Soo Line Railroad Company in Byron, Wisconsin.
In school documentation Francis Coleman is also known as Francis E. Coleman (also spelled Frances E. Coleman).
