The file indicates Waggoner was living in Morristown, South Dakota, was a housekeeper in Lansdale, Pennsylvania in 1911, and was living in Lansdale, Pennsylvania in 1914.

In school documentation Daphne Waggoner's name is also spelled Daphine Waggoner. Her married name is Daphne Quay (Mrs. Howard F. Quay or Mrs. Howard S. Quay or Mrs. Howard Filmore Quay).
