Albert Spider Student File

Student file of Albert Spider, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on September 16, 1911 and departed on October 3, 1917. A note in the file says he re-enrolled on November 26, 1917, but no final departure date is given. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, a vacation request form, correspondence, certificates of promotion, medical/physical records, an outing evaluation, and financial transactions including a federal financial aid form. The file indicates Spider was living in Hog Island, Pennsylvania in 1918 and planned to continue working in the shipyard there.

Note: Although this file shows an arrival date of September 17, the admissions ledger and his information card suggest that he actually arrived on September 16.
