Della Carter Student File

Student file of Della Carter, a member of the Chitimacha Nation, who entered the school on August 2, 1906 and ultimately departed on September 21, 1915. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, a report after leaving, medical/physical records, outing evaluations, outing records, a progress/conduct card, returned student surveys, a federal financial aid form, correspondence, and financial transactions. The file indicates that Carter returned home to Charenton, Louisiana in 1915 upon leaving.
