The Documents section features digitized copies of documents relating to the history of the school.  These documents include correspondence, graduation pamphlets, and other forms of ephemera, and have been digitized by Digital Resource Center staff.  Today, these documents are preserved in a number of locations, including the Dickinson College Archives and Special Collections as well as private collections.

Silverheels, a graduate from the Hampton Institute, was recommended by Cora M. Folsom. Silverheels did not take the certification exam for teaching, and instead was appointed as Assistant Matron at the Tongue River Indian School in Montana.

Notice of Death of Henry Fox

These materials include correspondence regarding a report from W. A. Mercer to the Commissioner of Indian Affairs on the death of Henry Fox, a member of the Pawnee Nation. The report further indicates Fox's body was returned to his home in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
