These materials include correspondence regarding a request by Rosa Monroe to have the children of Jacob Cuttler enrolled at the Carlisle Indian School. As two of the children were under the minimum age of enrollment permission from the Bureau of Indian Affairs was needed. Permission was granted with the exception that transportation of the two underage children would not be provided by the government.
