Guidance Sought for Escort for Henry and Frank Blatchford

J. T. Gregory, U.S. Indian Agent for the La Pointe Agency, seeks guidance from the Office of Indian Affairs regarding the transfer of Henry and Frank (here Francis) Blatchford from Odanah, Wisconsin to the Carlisle Indian School. The students' grandfather, Henry Blatchford, had written Gregory regarding an escort for his grandsons to which Gregory had no answer.
