Page 1 and 2, Time Book for Employees (1907-1910)

The first volume of Time Book for Employees, which covers the period from October 1, 1907 to October 31, 1910, records whether employees are at work, late, or absent for each day of the month. Most entries also include the employees' total pay for the month. The employees are not listed in alphabetical order. The employee time book continues in a second volume, which covers the period from January 1, 1917 to August 31, 1918. Records for November 1910 to December 1916 have not been found. Pages without content were not photographed. The Time Book for Employees series comprises 2 volumes, which are located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1344.

Page 1 and 2, Time Book for Employees (1917-1918)

The second volume of Time Book for Employees, which covers the period from January 1, 1917 to November 30, 1918, records whether employees are at work, late, or absent for each day of the month. Most entries also include the employees' total pay for the month. The employees are not listed in alphabetical order. The last eight pages in this volume consist of more detailed Pay Roll records for 56 employees, with entries that note their position at the school. The first volume in this series covers the period from October 1, 1907 to October 31, 1910. Records for November 1910 to December 1916 have not been found. Pages without content were not photographed. The Time Book for Employees series comprises 2 volumes, which are located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1344.

Over 40 loose personnel records were found in this volume, including correspondence, requests for leave of absence, and reports that indicate what happened to employees when the school closed in 1918.

Recommendations for Recruiter in Colorado and New Mexico
