Portrait of T.J. Morgan, the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, posed with Richard Henry Pratt and the school's teachers on the school grounds. 

The school newspapers reported a visited by Morgan to the school in February of 1890. It's possible that this photograph was taken at that time although the weather does not appear very wintry. …

J. M. Haworth documents the visit of the Iowa Chiefs to Carlisle. He notes that he brought many of the students to Carlisle a few years earlier and comments on the many differences in the students over the course of their time at Carlisle.

The father of Matthew and Wendell Jones describes his visit to the Carlisle Indian School. He discusses the games many of the students played as well as the work that was being done on the school grounds.

Also included is a letter from the widow of Wendell Jones noting that she had made a copy of the letter in 1988.
