Student file of Nelson Hare, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on September 16, 1892 and ultimately graduated in 1902, departing on February 12, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file indicates that Hare was working in Salamanca, New York and living in Irving, New York in 1910.

Student file of John Le Clerce, a member of the Mohawk Nation, who entered the school on November 10, 1892, and departed on April 14, 1896.  The file contains a student information card indicating that Le Clerce went on three outings while at Carlisle.

Donald McIntosh Student File

Student file of Donald McIntosh, a member of the Apache Nation, who entered the school on November 14, 1892, graduated in 1901, and ultimately departed on March 20, 1901. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, a trade/position record card, and a report after leaving. The file indicates McIntosh was a railroad foreman in San Carlos, Arizona in 1907 and living in San Carlos, Arizona in 1909.

Genus L. Baird Student File

Student file of Genus L. Baird, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on June 21, 1894 and ultimately graduated in 1902, departing on August 31, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a returned student survey, student information cards, a news clipping, correspondence, and a trade/position record card.

The file indicates that Baird was a prominent baseball player, worked on the "New Era" in Rosebud, South Dakota, and at the Rosebud Boarding School in Rosebud, South Dakota.  The file also indicates that Baird worked as an assistant printer at the Carlisle Indian School in Carlisle, Pennsylvania from 1902 to 1905, and as a faculty member at the Pipestone Indian Service in Minnesota in 1909, and was living in Chin Lee, Arizona in 1915.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Genus Baird, Genius Baird, Gennis Baird, and Jonas Baird.

Juan Thomas Wayhama Student File

Student file of Juan Thomas Wayhama, a member of the Pima Nation, who entered the school on February 25, 1895 and departed on June 26, 1900. The file contains a student information card, letters/correspondence, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that states Thomas was working as a laborer in Lower Sacaton, Arizona in 1910 and as a laborer in Wineville, California in 1911.

The file indicates Doxtator was working as a farm hand in Sesseton, South Dakota in 1910 and 1913.
