The file contains trade/position record cards, an application for enrollment, a student information card, former student response postcards, letters/correspondence, a returned student survey, a progress/conduct record, an outing record, medical/physical records, and a financial transaction. The file indicates Thomas was living in Fort Lapwai, Idaho in 1912 and 1913 and was a farmer in Fort Lapwai, Idaho in 1914.
