The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, and a report after leaving indicating Philips was a laborer in New England in 1910.

Cecelia Matlock Student File

Student file of Cecelia Matlock, a member of the Pawnee Nation, who entered the school on December 15, 1904 and ultimately departed on June 4, 1914. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a progress/conduct card, applications for enrollment, financial transactions, medical/physical records, an outing evaluation, an outing record, and correspondence. The letter indicates that Matlock was living in Pawnee, Oklahoma in 1914.

Note: Matlock was the daughter of former student Stacy Matlack and former student Ella Manchief.

Mabel Little Star Student File

Student file of Mabel Little Star, a member of the Arikara Nation, who entered the school on November 11, 1906 and departed on June 16, 1911. The file contains a student information cards, a medical/physical record, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, an application for enrollment, returned student surveys, outing evaluations, an outing record, a report after leaving, and former student response postcards indicating that Little Star was living in Elbowoods, North Dakota in 1914.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Mabel Little Star, Mabel L. Starr, and Mabel Star.

Student file of Maggie Boyer, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on October 7, 1909, and departed on June 24, 1912. The file contains a student information card, medical/physical records, an application for enrollment, correspondence, outing evaluations, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, and a report after leaving indicating Boyer was living in Manderson, South Dakota in 1914.

Note: in this file the student is identified as Maggie Boyer and Maggie Bouyer in this file.

Caleb Carter Student File

Student file of Caleb Carter (Ip-nau-sau-lau-kaskt), a member of the Nez Perce Nation, who entered the school on October 12, 1909, graduated in 1912, and ultimately departed on May 7, 1912. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains an application for enrollment, a physical record, student information cards, progress cards, and former student response postcards indicating that he left Carlisle to become a farmer in Kansas and then moved to Montana. Among the files is also a news clipping in which Caleb Carter stated that he had a large plot of land in Wisconsin.

Note: This file originally contained correspondence for another student; William Robinson Jr.. The letter has since been moved to the correct file; NARA_1327_RG 75_Series 1327_box 84_folder 3912.

Note: In this file the student's name is also spelled Ip-nah-sau-lau-kaskt.

Hannah Kennedy Student File

Student file of Hannah Kennedy, member of the Mohawk Nation, who entered the school on April 13, 1911 and departed on August 11, 1914. The file contains an application for enrollment, a student information card, medical/physical records, outing evaluations, a financial transaction, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates that Kennedy was attending the Sleighton Farm school in Darlington, Pennsylvania in 1914 and 1915 and was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1917.

Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, some of the documents in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Calvin J. Lamomeaux. Those documents have now been included with the Calvin J. Lamomeaux file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 99_folder 4326.

The file indicates that Henry was living in Sanborn, New York in 1918 and intended to enroll at the Haskell Institute.
