The file indicates that Miller was lumbering and a musician with the Abrams Orchestra playing the bass viola in Gresham, Wisconsin in 1907, a teacher for the Stockbridge Indian Day School in Red Springs, Wisconsin in 1907, and a lecturer in Gresham, Wisconsin in 1913.

The file contains a student information card, a former student response postcard, a report after leaving, and returned student surveys. The file indicates that Janese worked as a teacher in the No. 4 school room in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and served various roles in the Indian Service including nurse, acting girls matron, assistant teacher and matron, boys matron, and assistant matron.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Josephine Janese and Josephine Jannies.

The file contains a student information card, returned student surveys, letters/correspondence, a marriage announcement, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that Harris worked at the Jefferson Hospital Training School for Nurses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1902 to 1905, graduated from that program, and subsequently worked as a nurse for six months after in the Municipal Hospital for Contagious Diseases in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1907.

Charlotte Harris Student Information Card

Student information card of Charlotte (here Lottie) Harris, a member of the Catawba Nation, who entered the school on December 14, 1893 and departed on August 25, 1904. The file indicates Harris was working at the Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the outing program from 1902 to 1904, and graduated from Carlisle in 1902.

Genus L. Baird Student File

Student file of Genus L. Baird, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on June 21, 1894 and ultimately graduated in 1902, departing on August 31, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a returned student survey, student information cards, a news clipping, correspondence, and a trade/position record card.

The file indicates that Baird was a prominent baseball player, worked on the "New Era" in Rosebud, South Dakota, and at the Rosebud Boarding School in Rosebud, South Dakota.  The file also indicates that Baird worked as an assistant printer at the Carlisle Indian School in Carlisle, Pennsylvania from 1902 to 1905, and as a faculty member at the Pipestone Indian Service in Minnesota in 1909, and was living in Chin Lee, Arizona in 1915.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Genus Baird, Genius Baird, Gennis Baird, and Jonas Baird.

Student file of John H. Miller, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on September 19, 1894, graduated in 1902, and ultimately departed on February 12, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, returned student surveys, a former student response postcard, a report after leaving, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates that Miller was a farmer in Rapid City, Michigan in 1907, a harness maker for the Antrim Hardware Company in Elk Rapids, Michigan from 1908 to 1911, and was a private attached to the Gunpowder Reserve Detachment B in Edgewood, Maryland in 1918.
