The file contains a photograph, a trade/position record card, a progress/conduct card, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, and news clippings indicating that Hauser was a well known football player while at Carlisle, was married at the Umatilla Reservation to Dollie Stone, and living in El Reno, Oklahoma in 1913.
