Thomas Mayo Student File

Student file of Thomas Mayo, a member of the Paiute Nation, who entered the school on July 15, 1902 and ultimately departed on August 28, 1910. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains an application for enrollment, student information cards, correspondence, a physical record card, a position record card, a progress card, an outing record, and a report after leaving that indicates Mayo was living in Moccasin, Arizona in 1917.

Paul Young Jones Student File

Student file of Paul Young Jones, a member of the Alaskan (Haida) nation, who entered the school on October 24, 1903 and departed on June 26, 1908. The file contains student information cards, a former student response, correspondence, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Jones was working in a bowling alley in 1910, a carpenter and fisherman in Ketchikan, Alaska in 1913 and a carpenter in Ketchikan, Alaska in 1914.

Thomas Green Student File

Student file of Thomas Green, a member of the Onondaga Nation, who entered the school on August 30, 1904, and departed on June 23, 1909.  The file contains a student information card, a progress card, a returned student survey, correspondence, a news clipping, a position card, a physical record, and a report after leaving indicating that Green was a farmer in Edison, Pennsylvania in 1911.

Note:  The files suggest that Green may have also gone by the middle name Daniel and the alternative name Daniel White Eagle.

Failey Sundown Student File

Student file of Failey Sundown, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on September 29, 1906 and departed on June 21, 1911. The file contains an outing evaluation, a returned student survey, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, a report after leaving, an application for enrollment, a student information card, medical/physical records, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Sundown was attending school in District No. 3 as well as working in the mine and mill in Akron, New York in 1911 and was living in Akron, New York in 1915.
