Emily Peake Student File

The files indicate Gayton studied home economics and she lived on her own land allotment, located in Standing Rock Reservation, South Dakota, after graduating from Carlisle.

Note: Although this card shows an entry date of January 3, this is an error. According to the enrollment ledger and other documents, Jane arrived at the school on January 16, 1912.
