The file indicates Urrutia returned to Puerto Rico after leaving Carlisle where he began working for the U.S. Navy and was a Second Lieutenant in the Puerto Rico Regiment of the U.S. Infantry, U.S. Army stationed in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1915.

The file indicates that Doxator was on break with the school band in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1908, was a hotel employee in Chicago, Illinois in 1913, and was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1913.
