Student information card of Ernest Quick Bear (here Quickbear), a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on August 31, 1906 and departed on May 18, 1909. The file indicates Quick Bear was living in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1913 and Mission, South Dakota in 1914.

Note: Ernest appears to be the son of former student Reuben Quick Bear who was among the first students to arrive at Carlisle.
