Bessie C. Eastman Student File

Student file of Besse C. Eastman, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on October 1, 1913 and departed on January 12, 1916. The file contains a student information card, a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, an outing record, financial transactions, and letters/correspondence. Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Cornelia Eastman. That document has now been included with the Cornelia Eastman file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 44_folder 2173.
