The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, an outing evaluation, an outing record, financial transactions, a certificate from the Flandreau Indian School in Flandreau, South Dakota, and correspondence. The file indicates Wheelock was living in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1918.

Andrew Connor Student File

Student file of Andrew Connor, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on September 14, 1915 and departed on June 5, 1917. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, a shipping receipt, a certificate of promotion, correspondence regarding Andrew's enrollment at the school, and correspondence between Andrew and the school detailing his time in the army. The Superintendent writes back to Andrew with information about other students, the school band, and the football team. A letter dated March 30, 1918 from Camp Logan, Texas indicates that Andrew was serving in an artillery unit.

Note: In this file the student's name also appears as Andrew Conner.

William Brooks Student File

The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, certificates of promotion, financial transactions, a medical/physical record, and correspondence. The file indicates Brooks was living in Versailles, New York in 1917.

Note: Students Clifford Brooks and William Brooks were brothers and their mother was former student Izora Taylor Brooks.
