Paul Corbett Student File

Student file of Paul Corbett, a member of the Nez Perce Nation, who entered the school on July 20, 1891, and departed on June 29, 1896. The file contains a student information card, former student response postcards, news clippings with photographs, returned student survey, correspondence related to a photograph of Corbett's house, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Corbett was living in Kamiah, Idaho in 1910, farming a ranch in Kamiah, Idaho in 1911, ranching in Kamiah, Idaho in 1913, farming in Kamiah, Idaho in 1914, and a rancher in Kamiah, Idaho in 1915, and living in Kamiah, Idaho in 1918.

Frank Scott Student File

Student file of Frank Scott, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on September 16, 1892, and ultimately departed on December 4, 1905. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, correspondence in which Scott argued against the exclusion of "New York Indians from Carlisle Schools and other schools supported by the United States Government," and a report after leaving. The file indicates Scott was working as a trolley motorman in Buffalo, New York in 1910 and was living in Buffalo, New York in 1911.

Joseph Schuyler Student File

Student file of Joseph Schuyler, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on September 29, 1894, and departed on September 18, 1900.  The file contains a student information card, a newspaper clipping, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating that Schuyler was working as a steamfitter in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1911.
