Ruth Nautasnaggie (Zah-hah-Nautasnaggie) Student File

Student file of Ruth Nautasnaggie, a member of the Apache Nation, who entered the school on June 30, 1898 and departed on June 22, 1904.  The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, and correspondence indicating that she was working at a private laundry in Globe, Arizona and seeking government employment as a laundress in San Carlos, Arizona in 1912.

In school documentation Ruth Nautasnaggie's name is also spelled Ruth Nantasnaggie. She is also known as Ruth Hosay, Ruth Nautasnaggie Hosay, and Zah hah.
