The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, returned student surveys, a former student response postcard, letters/correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates White Thunder was an assistant farmer at the Rosebud Agency in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1907 and a rancher in Cutmeat, South Dakota from 1911 to 1914.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Clarence White Thunder and Big White Thunder.

The file indicates Horse Looking was farming in St. Francis, South Dakota in 1910, was farming and a clerk a the St. Francis New Store in St. Francis, South Dakota in 1911, had an exhibit at the Rosebud Agency Fair in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1912, and worked as a clerk in a store in St. Francis, South Dakota in 1913 and 1915.

Note: In this file the student's surname is identified as Henry Horse Looking, Henry Calls Horse Looking, and Calls Horse Looking.

The file indicates Metoxen was a football player at Carlisle and was married to Phoebe Baird (Ya-go-win) and farming in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1911.

Caleb Sickles Student File

Student file of Caleb Sickles, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on August 28, 1891, graduated in 1898, and ultimately departed on June 12, 1900. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains photographs, student information cards, a report after leaving, former student response postcards, returned student surveys, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Sickles played on the football team at the Carlisle Indian School, attended the Dickinson College Preparatory School (Conway Hall) from 1898 to 1899, played professional baseball, attended the Ohio Medical University from 1900 to 1904, and was a dentist in Tiffin, Ohio from 1907 to 1913.

Joel Cornelius Student File

Student file of Joel Cornelius, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on August 28, 1891 and ultimately departed on February 17, 1903. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, letters/correspondence related to sending students to Carlisle as well as Cornelius' reflections on his experience at the school, and a report after leaving that indicates Cornelius was a farmer in West Depere, Wisconsin in 1912.
