John Aiken Student File

Student file of John Aiken, a member of the Osage Nation, who entered the school on April 9, 1894 and ultimately departed on October 21, 1908. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, a returned student survey, a newspaper clipping, a conduct card, and a report after leaving indicating that in 1911 Aiken had married Martha Ford and was farming in Bigheart, Oklahoma. 

Note: Students John Aiken and Elizabeth Aiken are probably siblings.

The file indicates Walker was on the lacrosse team in 1918 and was living in Macy, Nebraska in 1918.

The file contains student information cards, medical/physical records, a financial transaction, a returned student survey, and outing evaluation, trade/position record cards, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, and letters/correspondence including a letter written by the student inquiring about a job at the Ford factory in Detroit, Michigan. The file indicates Mudgett was living in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1914 and living in Beaulieu, Minnesota in 1916.

George Nash Student File

Student file of George Nash, a member of the Winnebago Nation, who entered the school on September 20, 1911 and ultimately departed on September 25, 1917. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, a trade/position record card, financial transactions, and a report after leaving indicating that Nash was farming and working in a print shop in Thurston, Nebraska in 1915. The file also contains letters and correspondence regarding Nash's family, his time at the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan, and his enrollment in night courses at Michigan State Auto School.
