Anna Loren Student File

A note in the file says she re-enrolled on October 10, 1910 but no final departure date is given. The file indicates Loren was living in Mount Holly, New Jersey in 1916 and 1917 and was living in Watertown, New York in 1918.

Note: This student is known as Anna Loren and Ann Loran.

Elizabeth La Vatta Student File

Student file of Elizabeth La Vatta, a member of the Bannock Nation, who entered the school on August 29, 1905 and departed on July 3, 1911. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, an outing evaluation, news clippings, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, letters/correspondence related to financial transactions and La Vatta's possible return to Carlisle, a report after leaving, and returned student surveys that indicate La Vatta was "working for a family" in Larchmont, New York in 1912.

Note: Other records show La Vatta returned to Carlisle on September 20, 1912 and leaves on September 20, 1913.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Emma Conners, Emma Connors, and Emma Connor.

Student file of Myrtle M. Sutton, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on November 8, 1908 and departed on June 19, 1911. The file contains a student information card, an outing evaluation, a former student response postcard, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, and a report after leaving indicating that Sutton was a housewife in Chicago, Illinois in 1914.

Note: After leaving Carlisle, Sutton married and took the surname Callahan.
