Student file of Yamie Leeds, a member of the Queres Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1884 and ultimately departed on July 2, 1891. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a former student response postcard, returned student surveys, a trade/position record card, letters/correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Leeds was a stock raiser and farmer in Seama, New Mexico in 1907, a pottery worker in Laguna, New Mexico in 1910, and was farming and raising stock in Seama, New Mexico in 1912.

Maria Analla Student File

Student file of Maria Analla, a member of the Queres Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1884 and departed on July 8, 1889. The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, a photograph, newspaper clippings, and a report after leaving indicating Analla was married to former student Robert Marmon and living in Laguna, New Mexico in 1910.

Note: The file contains a newspaper article referring to a visit to the home of Robert Marmon and his wife (Maria Analla). The article also refers to former Carlisle student Maria Iteye, who may be Maria Etiva. 

Note: Students Maria Analla and Walter Analla were probably siblings.

Siceni Nori Student File

Student file of Siceni Nori, a member of the Pueblo Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1884, graduated in 1894, and ultimately departed on December 3, 1895. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains news clippings, student information cards, a report after leaving, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Nori was a pitcher on the baseball team at Carlisle, attended Dickinson College for two years, was made a thirty-second degree Mason and was chief clerk to the Superintendent of the Carlisle Indian School in 1911, and was living in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1917.
