The file indicates Beck was living in Clayton, Georgia in 1914 and 1917.

Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Mollie Mantel. That document has now been included with the Mollie Mantel file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 18_folder 863.

Olivan Arch Student File

The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The files contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, letters/correspondence, medical/physical records, financial transactions, progress/conduct cards, outing evaluations, a report after leaving, and an outing record. The file indicates Arch left Carlisle to return to North Carolina in order to care for her brother, Ross Arch.

Note: This student is identified as both Olivan Arch and Olive Arch.

Note: Students Jennie Arch, Johnson Arch, Olivan Arch, and Ross Arch were siblings.

Ned Wilnotah Student File

Student file of Ned Wilnotah, a member of the Cherokee Nation, who entered the school on December 2, 1911 and ultimately departed on July 6, 1917. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. This file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, outing evaluations, certificate of promotion, an outing record, financial transactions, medical/physical records, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Wilnotih worked at the American Iron and Steel Company on the outing program in 1916 and a 1918 letter of recommendation from Wilnotih's Instructor in blacksmithing indicates that Wilnotih was searching for employment after his time at the school.

Luke Conley Student File

A note in the file says he re-enrolled on October 14, 1917, but no final departure date is given. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, an outing evaluation, outing records, a medical/physical record, a certificate of promotion, a progress/conduct card, financial transactions, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Thompson was a member of the U.S. Army in Co. 4, 1st Training Battalion stationed at Camp Lee in Petersburg, Virginia.

Meroney French Student File

Student file of Meroney French, a member of the Cherokee Nation, who entered the school on December 2, 1911, graduated in 1918, and departed on June 8, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a student information card, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, letters/correspondence, outing records, outing evaluations, a certificate of transfer, financial transactions, and certificates of promotion. The file indicates that French studied painting while at Carlisle.
