Charles Oheltoint Student File

Note: Cook actually first entered the school on October 6, 1879 and departed on June 19, 1882, according to one of her student information cards. Therefore, this file seems to include only information about her second stay at the school.

Note: Cook was married to former student Norris Stranger Horse.

Ralph Iron Eagle Feather Student File

Student file of Ralph Iron Eagle Feather, a member of the Sioux Nation. No entrance or departure dates are given. The file contains a returned student survey, a news clipping, and a report after leaving that indicates he was working as a carpenter, painter, and wheelwright in Cut Meat, South Dakota in 1911. Other records show he enrolled at the school on October 6, 1879 and departed on June 19, 1882. He reenrolled at the school on October 10, 1886 and departed on June 14, 1887.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Ralph Eagle Feather and Ralph Iron Eagle Feather.

Note: Iron Eagle Feather married fellow student Julia Good Voice, also known as Julia Iron Eagle Feather. They were the parents of Lydia Biddle Iron Eagle Feather.

Raymond Stewart Student File

The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, photographs, letters/correspondence related to the American Indian Association and Stewart's reflection on his time at Carlisle, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Stewart was a painter in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1910 and living in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1912.

Note: In this file the student is identified as both Raymond White Bull and Raymond Stewart.

Note: It is likely that Stewart married fellow student Amy Crowdog.
