The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, a news clipping detailing time spent at the Camp at Pine Grove Furnace, a trade/position record card, an outing record, an outing evaluation, financial transactions, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates Morrin accepted a position at the Ford Motor Co. after completing the outing course at Highland Park, Michigan in 1917.

The file indicates that Morrin was a member of the school band, a student at the Carlisle Commercial College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, was living in Bayfield, Wisconsin in 1914, and was stationed at Headquarters 3rd Regiment, Camp Dewey, Great Lakes, Illinois in 1917 and 1918.

The file indicates Chase was setting type for the Pender Republic in Pender, Nebraska in 1915.

Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document related in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Harry Conroy. That document has now been included with the Harry Conroy file: NARA_RG 75_box 82_folder 3863.

Joseph Guyon Student File

Student file of Joseph Guyon, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on December 7, 1911 and departed on June 15, 1914. The file contains student information cards, medical and physical records, an outing evaluation, an application for enrollment, a report after leaving, and a former student response post card. The file also contains numerous letters and correspondence and news clippings detailing Joseph Guyon's career playing football for the school and later for the Georgia School of Technology. These letters and news clippings deal with issues regarding Guyon's eligiblity to play for Georgia Tech due to the Carlisle Indian School's collegiate status in althetics.

Note: One of Joseph Guyon's documents was originally found in the folder of another student; Joseph Muggins, NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 92_folder 4135.

Student file of Joe Gilman, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on August 9, 1912 and departed on September 18, 1915. The file contains letters/correspondence, a photograph, a student information card, a medical/physical record, an outing record, a news clipping, and financial transactions.

The file indicates that Gilman worked during the outing program at A. Miller and Co., Bethlehem Steel Works, and the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan. Gilman remained with the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan after leaving the school in 1915 and was selling Ford cars in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1916, and was a sales manager at the Minneapolis Auto Laundry Garage in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1917.

Peter Calac Student File

Student file of Peter Calac, a member of the Mission Nation, who entered the school on September 22, 1912 and ultimately left the school on November 10, 1916. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, financial transactions, letters/correspondence, an outing record, progress/conduct reports, a photograph, and a returned student survey. The file indicates Calac worked in the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan in 1915 and 1916 and was a student at the West Virgina Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia in 1916 and 1917 and was voted to the position of football captain for the 1918 season.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Peter Calac, Peter R. Calac, Pete Calac, and Pedro Calac.

The file indicates Derrisaw was living in Muskogee, Oklahoma in 1915 and 1917.

The file indicates that Little Wolf enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1917 and was stationed at the Naval Training Station in Norfolk, Virginia in 1917, was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Texas in 1917 and was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Utah in 1918.
