Among the files is also a news clipping in which Caleb Carter stated that he had a large plot of land in Wisconsin.

The file indicates that Hudnall graduated from Dickinson College Preparatory School (Conway Hall) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1912, worked as a machinist in the United States Reclamation Service in Cameo, Colorado in 1913, and was working for the Hudnall Oil Company in Las Animas, Colorado in 1915 and 1917.

The file indicates that Blue Sky attended boarding school under the guidance of Miss Estaine De Peltguestangue in 1914 and then went on to study at both Kauke Hall University in Wooster, Idaho and Wooster College in Wooster, Ohio. She also worked at Rosebud School in Mission, South Dakota as a seamstress in 1916.
