The file indicates Peake was an attorney in Ogema, Minnesota in 1907, a real estate broker in White Earth, Minnesota in 1912, and living in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1915.

Charles McDonald Student File

Student file of Charles McDonald, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on August 30, 1906, graduated in 1912, and ultimately departed on September 16, 1912. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains trade/position record cards, returned student surveys, an outing record, applications for enrollment, student information cards, a progress/conduct card, correspondence, and financial transactions. The file indicates McDonald was studying at the Haskell Institute in Lawrence Kansas in 1913 with plans to graduate in June 1914.

The file indicates that Lyons was a matron at Leech Lake Indian Agency in Onigum, Minnesota in 1914 and was living in Onigum, Minnesota in 1917.

Benjamin F. Caswell Student File

Student file of Benjamin F. Caswell, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on September 8, 1911 and ultimately departed on June 7, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, an outing evaluation, an outing records, certificates of promotion, a federal financial aid form, financial transactions, a trade/position record card, and correspondence. The file indicates Caswell was a lieutenant in the school and was living in Bemidji, Minnesota in 1918.

Note: In this file the student is identified as Benjamin F. Caswell and Frederick B. Caswell.

Note: Students Benjamin F. Caswell, Eva Caswell and Louisa/Charlotte Caswell were siblings and their father was former student Louis R. Caswell. 

Note: A document of Benjamin F. Caswell was originally found in the folder of another student named Benjamin Caswell (NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 134_folder 5260).

Louisa Charlotte Caswell Student File

Student file of Louisa Charlotte Caswell, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on October 12, 1917 and departed on April 4, 1918. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, medical and physical records, and letters and correspondence regarding her family, her time at the school, music lessons, her finances, and her health. Letters from 1918 indicate that she left the school after being diagnosed with tuberculosis.

Note: In this file the student's name appears as both Louisa Caswell and Charlotte Caswell, as well as Charlote Louisa Caswell and Louise Charlotte Caswell.

Note: Students Benjamin F. Caswell, Eva Caswell, and Louisa/Charlotte Caswell were siblings and their father was former student Louis R. Caswell.
