The file contains applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, student information cards, a former student response postcard, a progress/conduct card, a report after leaving, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates that Doxator was on break with the school band in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1908, was a hotel employee in Chicago, Illinois in 1913, and was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1913.

Student file of Hulsie Seneca, a member of the Cayuga Nation, who entered the school on September 6, 1908 and departed on February 8, 1911. The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, a physical record, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, a conduct card, an outing evaluation, and a report after leaving indicating that in 1913 Seneca was a structural worker living in Irving, New York. 

Note: Other records show Seneca first enrolled at the school on August 8, 1905 and departed on July 11, 1906. At that time he was listed as a member of the Seneca nation.
