Sarah WIlliams Student File

The file indicates that Ingalls won first prize in an essay contest on Home Building in 1913, graduated in 1913, was a student at the Banks Business College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1914 and 1915, and was living in Washington D. C. in 1917.

Charles A. Peters Student File

Student file of Charles A. Peters, a member of the Mashpee Nation, who entered the school on February 15, 1910 and departed on February 20, 1914. The file contains a student information card, outing records, an application for enrollment, a trade/position record card, and letters/correspondence related to Peters' initial and continued enrollment at Carlisle as well as an eventually successful attempt to return home early. The file indicates Peters was living in Mashpee, Massachusetts in 1914 and 1915.

Max La Chapelle Student File

Student file of Max La Chapelle, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on January 18, 1913 and departed on March 21, 1918. The file contains a student information card, progress/conduct reports, correspondence, application for admissions, an outing record, medical/physical records, outing reports, a pamphlet from a band concert at the Carlisle Indian School, and financial records. The file indicates that La Chapelle went on outing at the Ford Motor Company, and joined the Radio Corps in the U.S. Army after leaving the school.
