The file contains student information cards, letters, former student response postcards, a trade/position record card, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, a progress/conduct card, news clippings, an outing record, a returned student survey, an essay that White wrote as a senior, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that White began working for the Mt. Holly printing Company in 1910, the Corman Printing Co., and then the Herald Office in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He married Dorothy Middleton in 1914.

The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file indicates that Cornelius was working as a shoemaker and harness maker at the Indian School in Mount Pleasant, Michigan in 1910 and 1911, farming in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1912 and living in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1913 and 1914.

Edison Mt. Pleasant Student File

The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains an application for enrollment, student information cards, letters/correspondence, an outing record, progress/conduct cards, progress/conduct cards from Dickinson College Preparatory School (Conway Hall), a trade/position record card, a report after leaving, and photographs.

The file indicates Mt. Pleasant was a carpenter and cabinet maker that briefly worked at Colestock and Shellhouse in Altoona, Pennsylvania in 1910 as part of his outing and began helping around his home in Lewiston, New York in 1913.

The file indicates Welch was working on a farm in Spooner, Wisconsin and was a student at the State Agriculture College (University of Wisconsin) in Madison, Wisconsin in 1915, was a bugler in Co. D 6th Wisconsin Infantry at Camp Douglas, Wisconsin 1917, was a member of the 107 2nd Co. Mounted Military Police at Camp McArthur in Waco, Texas in 1917, and ultimately served in France during World War I.
