Warren D. Jack Student File

Student file of Warren D. Jack, a member of the Tuscarora Nation, who entered the school on September 5, 1906 and departed on June 23, 1909. The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, correspondence, and a report after leaving indicating that Jack was working as a farmer and carpenter in Lewiston, New York in 1910 and was a mill worker Lewiston, New York in 1913.

In school documentation Warren D. Jack is also known as Warren D. Jocks and Warren Jack.
