Pablo M. Herrera Student File

Student file of Pablo M. Herrera, a member of the Pueblo Nation, who entered the school on October 15, 1910 and ultimately departed on October 10, 1917. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a news clipping, student information cards, applications for enrollment, outing records, a progress/conduct card, a federal financial aid form, medical/physical records, financial transactions, and correspondence. The file indicates Herrera was the disciplinarian at the Greenville Indian School in Greenville California in 1916, worked at the Ford Motor Co. in 1917 on the outing program, and enlisted in the Aviation Section of the United States Army in 1917 and was stationed at Kelly Field in San Antonio, Texas.

In school documentation Pablo M. Herrera's name is also spelled Pablo Herrera, Pablo Herrara, and Pable Herarra (likely a typo). He is also known as Paul Herrere.
