The file indicates that Bourbonnais attended the Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on the outing program for training as a nurse in 1913, 1914, 1915, and 1916, graduated from the Lancaster General Hospital nursing program in 1916, and was living in Sharon, Oklahoma in 1916.
In school documentation Ozetta Bourbonnais' name is also spelled Ozetta Bourbonnaise. She is also known as Ozetta M. Bourbonnaise, Ozetta Marie Bourbonnaise, and Rosetta Bourbonnais.
