Mary Ayers Student File

Student file of Mary Ayers, a member of the Catawba Nation, who entered the school on September 14, 1904, and departed on June 21, 1909.  The file contains two student information cards, a former student response card, correspondence, a returned student survey, a progress/conduct card, and a report after leaving indicating that Ayers was working as a housewife in Roddy, South Carolina in 1913.

In school documentation Mary Ayers' name is also spelled Mary Ayres. She is also known as Mary E. Ayers. Her married name is Mary Ayers Fox.

Note: In this file the student is probably the sister of student Wade Ayres.
