Lida Wheelock Student File

Student file of Lida Wheelock, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on September 7, 1905 and ultimately departed on April 29, 1913. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a photograph, outing evaluations, financial transactions, student information cards, a report after leaving, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, a returned student survey, and correspondence. The file indicates that Wheelock was living in Tomah, Wisconsin in 1913, was a teacher in the Indian Service at the Truxton Canon Indian School in Valentine, Arizona in 1914, and was living in Valentine, Arizona in 1915.

In school documentation Lida Wheelock is also known as Lida O. Wheelock.
