John Mead Student File

Student file of John Mead, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on September 10, 1905 and ultimately departed on June 28, 1914. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a student information card, outing evaluations, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, an outing record, a trade/position record card, a progress/conduct card, financial transactions, a report after leaving, and correspondence. The file indicates Mead was living in Tokio, North Dakota in 1913.

In school documentation John Mead's name is also spelled John Meade. He is also known as John Patrick Mead.
