The file indicates Dillon was married to a Carlisle Indian Industrial School graduate, Rose La Forge and was working as a blacksmith in Crow Agency, Montana in 1910 and as a blacksmith in Wyola, Montana in 1911.
In school documentation Charles Dillon is also known as Charles C. Dillon and Follows Her.
Note: There is a second student information card with a "readmitted" note. There are other notes written on the same card that may indicate this was being used as an employment record card. The notes read "Did not go to school" and "Employed as Asst. Blacksmith."
