Katie Weshinawatok Student File

Student file of Katie Weshinawatok, a member of the Menominee Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1905 and departed on April 6, 1910. The file contains a news clipping, a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, trade/position record cards, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, correspondence, student information cards, and a returned student survey. The file indicates Weshinawatok was a housekeeper in Keshena, Wisconsin in 1912.

In school documentation Katie Weshinawatok's name is also spelled Katie Weshinwatoak and Katie Washinawtok. She is also known as Katie Wesh. Her married name is Katie Peters (Mrs. Paul Peters and Mrs. Paul L. Peters).
