Pratt Responds to Request to Return from Perry H. Laravie

Richard Henry Pratt responds to a request from Perry H. Laravie for his return home. Pratt notes that Laravie came to Carlisle at his own option and cost and has been for the past few years on the outing program and attending school in the winter. Pratt ends by stating that as Laravie came on his own there is no reason why he cannot leave in the same way and he should be capable of independence and self-support.
